All Retailers must email a scanned copy of their business license to wholesale@jdswholesales.com or fax your business license to 416-285-1690.

Your application will only be approved upon receipt of your proper documents. By submitting this application, your are agreeing to our procedures and policies.

At this time, JDS Wholesales does not approve applications from firms without a physical location, or located outside of Canada.

USA firms are welcome to submit an application for future consideration once we are ready to ship outside of Canada.
